We ask all visitors 18 years of age and older (incl. e-ticket holders) to present one of the following documents related to the COVID-19 virus at the ticket counter before entering the exhibition halls of the Kumu Art Museum and Kadriorg Art Museum, or to a library worker before entering the library (in the Kumu building):
Valid vaccine passport;
Proof of COVID-19 recovery;
Negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate, which is valid for 72 hours;
Negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test certificate, which is valid for 48 hours.
The tests must have been performed by a healthcare provider.
In order to establish your identity, the certificate is only valid together with your identity document.

Art experiences for the entire year!!
Annual cards provide free and unlimited visits to the museum’s five branches (the Kumu Art Museum, Kadriorg Art Museum, Mikkel Museum, Adamson-Eric Museum and Niguliste Museum) for an entire year, along with various discounts. The cards are personalised and validated when the first visit is made. Upon expiration, the annual cards can be renewed at a discount price.
The benefits of annual cards include:
admission to the public programmes organised at the five museums that are included in regular museum tickets (pre-registration may be necessary);
opportunity to invite a friend to accompany you on your museum visit for free;
10% discount on Art Museum of Estonia publications and 5% discount on all products (except for stamps, reproductions) in the museum shops of the Art Museum of Estonia (the discounts don´t apply in the museum´s online shop);
receiving the latest information about the exhibitions and events at the museums of the Art Museum of Estonia by subscribing to the weekly newsletter.
The price for renewing annual cards is 100€
The use of the card will be registered during each visit by the cashier at the Art Museum of Estonia branch and the card is only valid with a photo ID. If the card is lost, a new card can be ordered.
The annual card is a personal touch-sensitive plastic card. The use of the card is registered each time at the museum cashier and it is valid with a personal ID document. The card provides the card-holder with unlimited access to all of the museum’s five branches exhibitions for one year, after which time the card can be “reloaded”.
The card is valid for one year from the date of the first validation (the first visit), and can be "reloaded" thereafter.

After the order has arrived at the shop, the customer will be sent a notification e-mail in one to three workdays.
In the case of reproductions, the ordered work will arrive at the shop in up to seven calendar days (except for special orders, for which the completion time and a suitable method of delivery will be agreed upon separately with the customer).
Omniva parcel machine
Choose the most suitable parcel machine and your package will be delivered there within one to three workdays from the order confirmation. Once the parcel has arrived at the machine, the receiver will get a message by mobile phone and e-mail with the door code, which needs to be entered to open the door of the parcel locker. A parcel is kept in the locker for seven days.
In the case of reproductions, the time of delivery to the parcel machine is up to seven calendar days (except for special orders, for which the completion time and a suitable method of delivery will be agreed upon separately with the customer).
The courier brings the ordered product(s) to the address specified by the customer within 48 hours from the sending of the order confirmation to the customer’s e-mail address (excluding reproductions). If the order is submitted over the weekend (from Friday noon to Sunday midnight) or on a public holiday, the 48-hour deadline begins at 9 am on the first day following the weekend or public holiday.
In the case of reproductions, the time of delivery is up to seven calendar days (except for special orders, for which the completion time and a suitable method of delivery will be agreed upon separately with the customer).
In the case of courier delivery, the courier agrees with the customer on a suitable time for delivering the parcel. Delivery to a business customer will be without a prior call and to the address shown on the parcel. Keep the bar code on the package for the 14-day return period as this is the basis for returning the package to the nearest post office within the specified return period.
The online store of the Art Museum of Estonia lets you order products from abroad. Please choose a destination from the list of countries. If the desired country is not in the list, please contact us via the e-mail address email@example.com. Depending on the country, the parcel should arrive in seven to 30 workdays.
Returning an ordered reproduction
The annual card purchased from the online store can be returned within 14 calendar days if the card has not been used and it has not yet been personalized at the museum´s ticket office.
