We ask all visitors 18 years of age and older (incl. e-ticket holders) to present one of the following documents related to the COVID-19 virus at the ticket counter before entering the exhibition halls of the Kumu Art Museum and Kadriorg Art Museum, or to a library worker before entering the library (in the Kumu building):
Valid vaccine passport;
Proof of COVID-19 recovery;
Negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate, which is valid for 72 hours;
Negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test certificate, which is valid for 48 hours.
The tests must have been performed by a healthcare provider.
In order to establish your identity, the certificate is only valid together with your identity document.

Discount tickets are valid for students, pensioners, escorts of disabled visitors, Republic of Estonia conscripts, members of the Estonian Artists’ Association, members of the Estonian Society of Art Historians and Curators, and holders of ISIC and ITIC cards, as well as European Youth Cards. Please bring the document that proves your right to a discount when you visit the museum. The tickets are valid for one visit within one year of the date of purchase.

With a contact-free ticket, you can visit all the exhibitions of the Kumu Art Museum. The QR code on the ticket will be read by the entrance gates on the third floor and in the exhibition hall on the second floor.
The ticket will be sent to your e-mail address as a PDF file.
The ticket is valid when printed out or displayed on your mobile phone.
Please hold on to your electronic ticket until the end of your visit.
If you have any problems please turn to the ticket counter for assistance.
Guided tours must be pre-ordered. We ask that you order tours at least five workdays in advance. The tour price will be added to the ticket price.
Tours that last one hour are conducted in Estonian, Russian and English. Other languages have to be arranged in advance. Descriptions of the museum tours are available here.
In order to confirm a tour, the museum will contact you within two workdays to arrange the details of the tour.
The museum cannot guarantee a guided tour during the summer months May–September.

The museum visitor does not need to be the same person that places the order or whose name appears on the e-ticket.
