We ask all visitors 18 years of age and older (incl. e-ticket holders) to present one of the following documents related to the COVID-19 virus at the ticket counter before entering the exhibition halls of the Kumu Art Museum and Kadriorg Art Museum, or to a library worker before entering the library (in the Kumu building):
Valid vaccine passport;
Proof of COVID-19 recovery;
Negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate, which is valid for 72 hours;
Negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test certificate, which is valid for 48 hours.
The tests must have been performed by a healthcare provider.
In order to establish your identity, the certificate is only valid together with your identity document.

Gift a pleasant museum visit to a good friend or family member!
Family gift tickets are valid for one visit within one year of the date of purchase. The tickets are valid for up to two adults and their underage children.
The price of the ticket is not displayed on the gift ticket.
With an electronic family gift ticket, please go to the ticket counter first, where you will receive day tickets with QR codes for up to two adults and all of the underage children in the family. The QR codes on the tickets will be read by the entrance gates on the third floor and in the exhibition hall on the second floor. With the ticket issued at the counter, you can visit all of the exhibitions in the Kumu Art Museum.
The ticket will be sent to your e-mail address as a PDF file.
The ticket is valid when printed out or displayed on your mobile phone.
Guided tours must be pre-ordered. Please order your tour at least five workdays in advance. The tour price will be added to the ticket price.
Tours are conducted in Estonian, Russian and English. Other languages must be arranged in advance. Descriptions of the museum tours are available at our website.
The museum cannot guarantee the availability of guides from May to September.
If you have bought a ticket along with a guided tour, the museum will contact you after the purchase to arrange the details of the tour.
The tickets in PDF format will be sent to the email address provided in the order immediately after the purchase has been paid for online. If the ticket(s) has/have not arrived within 30 minutes, please contact us at email@example.com or Mon–Fri 9am–5pm by calling +372 602 6139.
In order to open the PDF file, you will need to have installed the Acrobat Reader program, which can be downloaded here.
The museum visitor does not need to be the same person that places the order or whose name appears on the e-ticket.
