Each ticket allows two adults and their underage children entry to the exhibition. Family tickets are valid for one visit within one year of the date of purchase.
The museum is closed on the dates when the calendar is not activated. More information about the museum opening times is available on the website kumu.ekm.ee/en/.
With an electronic family ticket, please go to the ticket counter first, where you will receive day tickets with QR codes for two adults and all of the underage children in the family. The QR codes on the tickets will be read by the entrance gates to the exhibition hall.
With the ticket issued at the counter, you can visit all of the exhibitions in the Kumu Art Museum and in the Great Hall on the second floor. From 10 October 2020 to 21 March 2021, the Great Hall houses the exhibition Egypt of Glory.
The ticket will be sent to your e-mail address in PDF-format. In order to open the PDF file, you will need to have installed the Acrobat Reader program, which can be downloaded here.
The ticket is valid when printed out or displayed on your mobile app.
We advise you to visit the exhibition Egypt of Glory on workdays and earlier in the day, when the museum has fewer visitors.
The hall in which the Egypt of Glory show takes place has limited space and the allowed number of visitors can change pursuant to the limits established by the Estonian Health Board.
Warning! The exhibition hall has dimmed lighting. The special theme room dedicated to the afterlife according to ancient Egyptian beliefs holds only fifteen people.
Since we expect a great deal of interest among the public, we kindly ask for your understanding should a queue form.

Guided tours must be pre-ordered. We ask that you order tours at least five workdays in advance. The tour price will be added to the ticket price.
Tours that last one hour are conducted in Estonian, Russian and English. Other languages have to be arranged in advance. Descriptions of the museum tours are available here.
In order to confirm a tour, the museum will contact you within two workdays to arrange the details of the tour.
The museum cannot guarantee a guided tour during the summer months May–September.
