The full-price ticket is valid for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase from the webshop. The museum is closed on the dates when the calendar is not activated. More information about the museum opening times is available on the website kumu.ekm.ee/en/. Each ticket has a unique barcode and is valid for only one visit (except for combined tickets). The ticket is valid when printed out or displayed on your mobile app.
The ticket will be sent to your e-mail address in PDF-format. In order to open the PDF file, you will need to have installed the Acrobat Reader program, which can be downloaded here.
Guided tours must be pre-ordered. We ask that you order tours at least five workdays in advance. The tour price will be added to the ticket price.
Tours that last one hour are conducted in Estonian, Russian and English. Other languages have to be arranged in advance. Descriptions of the museum tours are available here.
In order to confirm a tour, the museum will contact you within two workdays to arrange the details of the tour.
The museum cannot guarantee a guided tour during the summer months May–September.
