The Kumu Art Museum's summer school is intended for both beginners and experienced art enthusiasts. The summer school participant will receive practical tips on working outdoors, the basics of depicting air and colour perspective, matching techniques and materials, and conveying impressions and moods. The programme includes tasks with park and architectural views and, in addition to painting, also sketching with various tools (gouache, watercolour, ink, marker, pastel and charcoal).
In bad weather, the work will take place indoors.
The summer school takes place on 17.08–19.08.2021 from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm.
All of the necessary tools are available on site.
Participants can bring their own paints if desired.
Visiting the exhibitions is free on the day of the course!
The instructor is artist and art teacher Triinu Jürves.
