This Issue Number of the Estonian Art Museum is based on 2018. At the conference “Lost and Found Spaces: Relocations 1990” held at the Kumu Art Museum in November 1990. in Eastern European art and society “. The aim of the conference was to critically review the 1990s. The social changes and cultural processes that took place in Eastern Europe in the 1990s, at a time when this decade is both far enough away to create a historical distance and close enough to allow direct contact with what happened during that period.
